Emotions are powerful. When suppressed, they wreak havoc—leading to stress, anxiety, physical tension, and disconnection in our relationships. But when we learn to feel and express them safely, they become a source of energy, clarity, and deep personal power.


How to Train Your Dragons: Feel It All is a dynamic playshop designed to help you navigate overwhelming emotions with conscious awareness. Whether you struggle with grief, anger, shame, or simply feel stuck in a fog of negativity, this experience will give you the tools to release emotional tension and reclaim your inner balance.


Through guided exercises, movement, breathwork, and expression techniques, you’ll learn how to:

  • Safely process and embody your emotions without fear or shame.

  • Release tension, burnout, and emotional blockages stored in the body.

  • Cultivate emotional resilience, clarity, and deeper self-connection.
