IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Understanding and embodying the information in this workshop happens best through a somatic experience – you have to feel it in your skin. Therefore, learning happens through touch exercises. Whilst there are opportunities for exchanging touch as part of the learning in this fully clothed workshop, this is 100% optional and it is not necessary to touch or be touched to learn from the session.
